Film plot
Those who fought in recent Balkan wars used to be adored heroes at first. As the time went by, they were pushed to margins, treated as hindrance by their governments. Although the reasons why they went to war are different, outcomes were the same for all of them. Usually unemployed, struggling with insufficient aid of their governments, the majority feel abandoned by the society they fought for.
Iris Elezi is a director and producer. She studied at New York University at film and TV production department. In recent years, she has directed films in America and Albania: The Last Leaf, Suicide Inc; Renaissance; Memory and Scars; Transference; If it Could Be. She currently lives in Kosovo, where she works as a producer of TV series "Outside the Framework" and TV Film Festival of Radio TV Kosovo.
