Film plot
A glance at Belgrade in which the Roma survive turning traditional "Citroen" automobiles into futuristic Mad Max-style cars. In addition to their usable function, the transformed cars also symbolise freedom, hope and, finally, the style of people who invest all their energy and passion into saving things others have discarded. Another way of recycling discarded things is to use empty car batteries as power generators for lighting and watching TV sets. Regretfully, the police do not find these cars amusing enough.
