The Festival on Human Rights – VIVISECTfest was also supported by the institutions of provincial government: Provincial Ombudsman, the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the Executive Council of the AP Vojvodina, and Secretariat for Sport and Youth.

The non-governmental organisation "Vojvodjanka – Regional Women's Initiative" realised the programme of the second VIVISECTfest and travelling festivals in the towns of Serbia, the Western Balkans, and European Union, in the co-operation with international partners in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, as well as the partners in Serbia and the provinces of Vojvodina and Kosovo.
